This article details a number of different mechanisms that could fix this problem

With respect to the FRT's Forecast tab, that solution is below. (I found the answer in the comments of the above article)

1. On the forecast tab, select all cells using CTRL+A

2. Perform the automatic row-height adjustment. See image below for how to do that
