All COA accounts in QBO have a unique internal id which is registered in anybill. If the account is deleted and recreated in QBO, the new account will have a different internal id than the one registered in anybill. When this happens the integration process will not be able to query the account in QBO with the original internal id.

 

The easy solution is to remove the internal id from the account in anybill. When the integration process runs a second time it will update the account in anybill with the new internal id.
