The easiest way to have employees auto login from laptop login to Chrome access would be to replace their taskbar Google Chrome Icon with a shortcut to their Google Chrome Ed-ops Profile. The steps to do so are straightforward.
1. Have the user log into the Chrome Browser and make sure the "sync" is turned on.
2. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. Then click Settings.
3. In the new tab that opens up, click customize your Chrome profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the resulting screen and then turn on "Create desktop shortcut icon." The user can then launch Chrome from this new shortcut and then right click the resulting icon in the taskbar to select "pin to taskbar" to keep the shortcut there. They can also then "unpin" the generic chrome icon from their taskbar.
Here is an example of the difference on my laptop. The icon on the left goes straight to my signed-in profile. They can remove the generic chrome icon by right-clicking and selecting "Unpin from the taskbar."
