10/7/22 - A restart resolved this problem
If the restart doesn't work, take the following step:
- LastPass extension -> Your email (last option) > Advanced - Clear local cache
- Remove lastpass extension
- Close all Chrome instances
- Restart Chrome
- Add LastPass extension from www.lastpass.com/download
- Login from extension and reattempt to assign permissions
If those steps don't work, try these setps
- Clear cookies and cache from the browser
- Try a different browswer
