10/7/22 - A restart resolved this problem



If the restart doesn't work, take the following step:

  1. LastPass extension -> Your email (last option) > Advanced - Clear local cache
  2. Remove lastpass extension
  3. Close all Chrome instances
  4. Restart Chrome
  5. Add LastPass extension from www.lastpass.com/download
  6. Login from extension and reattempt to assign permissions


If those steps don't work, try these setps

  1. Clear cookies and cache from the browser
  2. Try a different browswer
