Joel had trouble seeing PDF previews in AnyBill on 9/12/22

"Recently I've noticed a change when using Anybill for all of my clients. On the Image tab, I don't see the actual invoice. Instead, it's blank with a blue "open" button which, when clicked, opens the invoice image into a new browser window. In the past, I would be able to see the invoice image on the Image tab. See screenshot below for what it looks like.


Resolution

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More Moreand thenSettings.
  • Click Settings  
  • Click Privacy and security and then Site Settings
  • Click Additional content settings and then PDF documents
  • Click "Download PDFs in Chrome", turning off Download PDFs
