For some reason, PDFs saved or opened with really long PathName + FileName won't open. Try shortening the path or file name and saving then opening again.
For instance, Leigh had trouble opening this file that had 256 in its full path name:
G:\Shared drives\FIN-DC3 (N-Z)\Washington Leadership (WLA)\REV - Grants\FY22\OSSE Monitoring Visit\Materials for Monitoring Visit\FIscal 2.1, 2.2_Payroll reports for personnel funded by grant\Davis, Anthony (Director of College Counseling) - Payroll Report.pdf
The specific error that Leigh saw was "There was an error opening this document. Access denied."
