Days Of Cash doesn't match between Forecast History and Dashboard Print

For FRT21 and FRT22, the Days of Cash on the Forecast History slide (sourced from the error tab) and the Days of Cash on the Dashboard don't match. This is a bug.

We have decided to postpone the bug fix until FRT23. While the bug is easy to fix, repairing the historic forecasted days of cash and communicating with the customer is not.
