If you just want to add a new EdOps user to an existing SaasAnt installation, just create a FreshDesk ticket. In that ticket, specify that Product="Add Staff to SaasAnt"

- Add etl@ed-ops.com as an admin user of the client's QBO file
- Sign in to QuickBooks with a user profile that has permission to manage users.
- Select Settings ⚙
- Select Manage users.
- Select Add user.
- Select a user type 'Admin'. Then select Next. ...
- Select the access rights for the user. ...
- Select the user settings, if applicable. ...
- Enter the user's name and email address. Name:= "EdOps ETL", Email:="etl@ed-ops.com"
- If the QBO file's plan does not allow for another user, you will have to delete one of the existing users
- Once etl@ed-ops.com is set up, submit a ticket. Category='SaasAnt'
