If you just want to add a new EdOps user to an existing SaasAnt installation, just create a FreshDesk ticket. In that ticket, specify that Product="Add Staff to SaasAnt"


The article below is about adding SaasAnt transactions to a client's Quickbooks Online installation that doesn't already use SaasAnt. 



  1. Add etl@ed-ops.com as an admin user of the client's QBO file
    1. Sign in to QuickBooks with a user profile that has permission to manage users.
    2. Select Settings ⚙
    3. Select Manage users.
    4. Select Add user.
    5. Select a user type 'Admin'. Then select Next. ...
    6. Select the access rights for the user. ...
    7. Select the user settings, if applicable. ...
    8. Enter the user's name and email address. Name:= "EdOps ETL", Email:="etl@ed-ops.com"
  2. If the QBO file's plan does not allow for another user, you will have to delete one of the existing users
  3. Once etl@ed-ops.com is set up, submit a ticket. Category='SaasAnt'
