In order for your clients to appear in your G:\MyDrive, you have to go to the web Google Drive interface and create a shortcut within your mydrive


  1. Access Google Drive in your Chrome browser
  2. On the left-hand side, click "Shared with me" option in GDrive
  3. Find the new school folder or template:
    1. The folder may be the first file listed under 'shared with me'
    2. If not, use 'Search in Drive" to search via school or templates name. When you see the preview below the search results, click on the school name
  4. Right-click on the school or templates folder and select "Organize > Add shortcut"
  5. In the dialog, click the "All locations" tab, on the far right
  6. Hover over "My Drive" and click on the blue "Add >" link that appears on the right
